The Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Mental Health (UPFMH) is a multi-party caucus of Members of Parliament committed to advancing mental health in Uganda. Through legislation, advocacy, parliamentary oversight, research and partnerships, UPFMH works to strengthen mental health policies and services across the country.
